Dr. Thomas F. Jan

Dr. Jan is an osteopathic physician in private practice located in Massapequa, NY. He completed residency in Physiatry at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan, NY, is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of PM&R, is a board examiner and serves on the Board. Meet one of our physician assistants, Coleen Schneider. Coleen received her bachelor of science in physician assistant studies from Wagner College in 2003. She is considered on of the early pioneers, helping define and grow the current PA profession to where it is today. Coleen’s vast experience in family medicine and orthopedics in leadership roles, brings a unique experience to her diagnostic role in pain management. She prides herself on her ability to “think outside the box”, and see her patients beyond their pain.
